The Copenhagen-based design studio Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen drew inspiration from the framing of paintings to create a mirror surrounded by an integral frame, without compromising the beauty and reflection of the glass. The result is the Nimbus mirror, an elegant and minimalist piece made of bronzed brass and reflective glass. With its soothing and sophisticated round shape, this mirror redefines space. Inspired by Greek mythology, where "Nimbus" refers to a luminous halo surrounding a deity, its modern design evokes that mythical radiance. Held together by decorative screws, its brass frame brings a sense of light and space, while reinterpreting a classic object in a contemporary aesthetic.
